How to Improve the Battery Life on the Samsung Galaxy J7

Galaxy j7 now this is a really simple 

but important feature to do just because you want to make sure you have the best] battery life you can on the j7 and the very first feature we did in another video so just so you know you want to click Edit and uninstall any of the built-in a bloat where you do not want now it is tricky to get rid of a lookout that might come on your t-mobile or metro folder so make sure to check out the separate video we did on that but otherwise you just want to get rid of any of the built-in bloatware from Google from Samsung or from your carrier that came on the phone just the one thing I always caution you please make sure you do not turn off Google because if you do that your voice detects and certain things will not work or the Play Store because obviously you want to be  to download apps besides that though we're going to get into the other features - how to improve battery life so we're going to go into settings we're going to swipe all the way down and then we are going to first go into privacy so when we're in privacy we're going to tap location and then under location we're going to do improve accuracy under improve accuracy you're going to disable Bluetooth scanning this will turn your Bluetooth on so that it's always scanning even if you turned it off this will obviously drain your battery unnecessarily okay from there we're going to keep on swiping and we're going to go to advanced features you're going to make sure all advanced features are off that you'd not use smart alert is one that is luckily turned off by default but if it's not turn it off and the second one is easy mute just tap it and now it's off these are sensors that are used on your phone that drain your batteries so this is why you want them off then we're going to swipe over and go to battery and we did this in a previous video but you're going to go to app power saving tap this button right here and make sure every app that you do not run to run the

background is set to always power saving

which means after three minutes by 

default it will turn off and stop running in the background any app you do  not want to do in this you can have it be on automatic or turned off the whole idea behind this is if you have an app like Spotify for instance you always want to allow to want run in the background then you want an automatic or turned off otherwise you just want it and finally the last bit is going tobe under phone tap phone and then we're going to hit more and we're going to go to settings from here you're going to turn off voice over LTE preferred this will take about 15 percent boost in your battery so this is a much better way to have a better battery life alright guys so that is our tips for how to save battery life on the Galaxy j7 if you found this video helpful please give a like thumbs up down below thank you as always for watching this has been Ric KY D Android guy
